Relating his success to his “laid-back personality,” Christopher Stavros has made a career out of interacting with people and creating new relationships.

A realtor with Windermere Metropolitan-The Tristany Group, located right under the Hillcrest sign, Stavros started his career in 2003, but had already began buying and selling real estate back in 1999.

Purchasing and selling a home can often be a major hassle in life. Stavros works toward making it a less nerve-racking and more rewarding process. His strategy is simple: putting himself in his clients’ shoes. “I always put myself in the position of my clients to relate to their needs and wants.” This strategy, Stavros said, enables him to whole heartedly understand his clients’ needs and circumstances.

Buying and selling a home should be a process where the realtor’s and clients’ visions are one and the same. With this in mind, Stavros said he works tirelessly to make it a reality. “The bottom line is I will work relentlessly in the pursuit of my clients’ goals using my experience and expertise to achieve them efficiently and effectively.”

After living in numerous cities, Stavros has made San Diego his long-term home. “When walking in the metro area, it reminds me of college, as there is a familiar face and a friendly hello on every block.”

Outside of work, Stavros can often be found at Baja Betty’s as a guest bartender. “I always enjoy meeting new people and creating new relationships,” adding that “in addition to good conversation, I make a flawless margarita.”
