Denise Lisa and Chris Schell of Ascent Real Estate have a combined total of 16 years of real estate expertise. They focus on providing excellence in negotiating and building long-lasting relationships with their clients. They are dedicated to helping others achieve the best results and ultimate goals, whether a client is buying or selling a home.

Both realtors possess an intimate attachment to and an outstanding knowledge of the communities and people of the San Diego region.

“We have spent much of our careers in real estate researching not only the San Diego metropolitan area real estate market, but also learning the history and culture surrounding the communities and residences,” said Lisa and Schell.

Lisa currently lives in Burlingame, a historic residential neighborhood close to Balboa Park in the central part of the city. She is on the board of directors for MARYAH (Metro Area Real Estate Professionals for Young Adult Housing), which works with The LGBT Community Center to raise awareness and funds through local fund-raising events in order to provide housing for homeless young adults between the ages of 18 and 24.

Schell currently lives in Marston Hills, a residential neighborhood close to Balboa Park in the central part of the city. Every year, Chris assists in sponsoring neighborhood school fund-raisers and community improvements. Schell is also a member of the San Diego Tennis Association, and is involved in several local athletic groups as both a participant and trainer.

Lisa and Schell are members of the Greater San Diego Business Association.
