“Indie Sex”
IFC at midnight.
The Independent Film Channel will be kicking off its four-part series, which begins on Wednesday Aug. 1, and explores the way sex is depicted in film since its beginnings. Each of the four segments includes clips from celebrated and controversial films, many of which highlight gay content.
Monday
“Hell’s Kitchen”
FOX at 9 p.m.
In the next-to-last episode of the season, the two remaining contestants take on a final challenge, and it involves more than just cooking. They must design restaurants of their own, including the décor and menus, then manage them.
Wednesday
“What’s Eating Victoria Beckham”
BBC at 8 p.m.
A revealing profile of Victoria Beckham, a.k.a Posh Spice, including an interview with her ex-fiancé Mark Wood. The documentary film follows her transformation from an aspiring pop star to the fashionista she is today.
The Bourne Ultimatum
