Rancho's Market and Restaurant. I’m forever a Latina!

Do you have a favorite dish from any San Diego restaurant?

Hands-down – St. Tropez' Salad Nicoise

How often do you cook at home?

Cooking for one is no fun. Give me company and I whip out the apron.

What is your favorite dish to prepare?

Tamales! It's its own cultural experience.

Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?

I can use all the help I can get. My abuela is determined to have her recipes die with her!

Name three things that are always in your refrigerator/freezer.

Easy, hummus, grapes and avocados fo’ sho! Well, not in the fridge, but a must have nonetheless.

Name three people, living or dead, you’d most like to invite to a dinner party?

Wonder Woman, Jesus and Nina Simone. Then after dinner we could save the world!
