How often do you cook at home?

Five nights a week. Tuesday is night out and Saturday is leftovers. The other nights the kitchen is mine.

What is your favorite dish to prepare?

Beef/pork/turkey meatloaf, collard greens, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and cornbread from scratch. I’ll be the dessert!

Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?

I like to cook naked with only an apron on so no one can come in or I might get distracted and burn myself – which is OK at other times.

Name three things that are always in your refrigerator/freezer.

Butter, milk, garlic

Al Parker for his big beautiful eyes, Brad Pitt for his big beautiful mouth and Rachel Ray cause she’ll bring something good to eat
