Roppongi’s pan-seared scallops on potato pancakes with sun-dried tomato and Thai basil hollandaise
How often do you cook at home?
Whenever I have free time!
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
Turkey enchiladas (reminds me of home)
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
It depends. Cooking is cathartic for me and I really enjoy the time alone. If it is a casual night with friends and/or family, the more the merrier.
