In 2003, Dr. Brian A. Stenzler, M.S., D.C., opened the first D.R.E.A.M. Wellness Center in Lake Grove, N.Y., with Dr. Gregg Baron. In 2006, Stenzler moved to San Diego to begin the process of expanding D.R.E.A.M. Wellness nationwide. Today D.R.E.A.M. Wellness has two San Diego locations, Pacific Beach and Solana Beach. D.R.E.A.M. Wellness is an acronym for Diet, Relaxation, Exercise, Adjustment and Mental Wellness. The mission of the team at D.R.E.A.M. Wellness is to guide people toward the realization that they are active from within and that wellness comes from the inside out.

D.R.E.A.M. Wellness Centers strive to bridge the gap from the reactive system of healthcare, toward a proactive model of wellness by providing the tools and venue necessary for one’s journey. It aids clients in a number of services including clinical nutrition, coaching, corporate wellness and specialty workshops.
