The reality mega-hit returns for a fourth season of cattiness, competition and couture, not to mention quite a few GLBT cast members. Tonight the designers will be creating clothes for a mystery client.

This is a psychological thriller about a common occurrence called “anesthetic awareness,” a horrifying phenomenon wherein a patient’s failed anesthesia leaves him fully conscious but physically paralyzed during surgery.
