Rose Pang-Regas is a certified public accountant who immigrated to the United States in 1972. She moved to the Bay Area, where she attended Golden Gate University, San Francisco. After graduating, she worked in a CPA firm. She eventually received her CPA license and opened her own practice in 1984.

“My specialty is in small business, helping clients with their bookkeeping, individual income taxes, corporation, partnership and LLC tax filings,” she said.

Pang-Regas said she believes that clients will benefit more from an accountant who is interested in explaining all aspects of tax benefits, rather than just preparing the information for a client’s signature.

“I will explain and discuss all options, including how to prepare substantiation to maximize tax savings,” she said, noting that she provides a one-stop office, and helps clients with all their needs in tax return preparation, accounting, bank loan applications, payroll and more.

Pang-Ragas recently moved to her Bankers Hill office and residence from Kearny Mesa, where she had lived since moving to San Diego in 1980.

In her spare time, she enjoys hobbies that include swimming, reading and music. Pang-Regas is also a member of the Greater San Diego Business Association, and participated in last years San Diego Pride Parade.

“Community is important, as this is the place where I both work and reside. I believe that as we care about each other, we can achieve with team work to make this a better place to live,” she said.
