Robert Wilson, owner and chef of Eagle’s Nest Catering has been in business for five years in San Diego. “A self-trained chef, I forged on the front lines of 15 years of experience in San Diego’s fines restaurants and catering venues,” Wilson said, explaining that he believes in providing quality at an affordable price.
Eagle’s Nest Catering provides full-service catering, in home personal chef services, gourmet dinner parties and intimate, romantic dinners. “Our uniqueness is derived from the special menus we create for each event and the personal attention given to each client,” said the 32-year-old father of two.
Wilson created his catering business to build a foundation for his family and provide the flexibility to be involved in their activities.
He said that he enjoys the creative side of cooking and coordinating events that are memorable for his clients.
Additionally, he is committed to the San Diego community and donates to many charity events. Wilson currently contributes to Arts Survive, KIT - Kids Included Together, and the Injured Marine Foundation.
“I am also a Partner in Education with Monroe Clark Middle School located in City Heights,” said Wilson, who noted he has “advertised with the Gay & Lesbian Times for a year and believes in the freedom and rights of all individuals.”
