Community involvement includes Urban Mo’s softball team, volunteer at the Old Globe and Diversionary Theatres, member of the union and the Democratic Party, volunteer for the Stephen Whitburn for City Council campaign.
What is currently your favorite eatery or lunch spot?
Well I guess I should say Mo’s shouldn’t I? Just like the softball team, the service and atmosphere can’t be beat! I love to go to Phil’s Barbecue and A Taste of Italy as well.
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
Salmon, spaghetti, or something in the crock pot is nice. One thing I highly recommend is that everyone tries my crock pot stew – carrots, onions, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, chicken, celery, chicken bullion and water. It is tasty over rice or egg noodles and it’s very healthy also!
Meat and potatoes, keep it healthy, or bring on dessert?
KEEP IT HEALTHY and minimal on the rest. If I’m hungry I’m going to eat and not worry about it.
If you were any food, what food would you be and why?
I don’t know… a plate of macaroni and cheese, because it’s warm, good and satisfying.
Name three people, living or dead, you’d most like to invite to a dinner party:
John Lennon, Lucille Ball and Ellen DeGeneres.
