Chopped chicken salad from Lefty’s Chicago Pizzeria in North Park

How often do you cook at home?

Hardly ever. I’m too busy with my clients and the animals I love.

What is your favorite dish to prepare?

When I have the time or when cooking for family events, I love to cook lasagna.

Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?

I enjoy inviting others into the cooking area.

Meat and potatoes, keep it healthy, or bring on dessert?

Bring on the dessert first!

What is your favorite condiment?

Horseradish

If you were any food, what food would you be and why?

I would be mayonnaise because it’s oily and tastes good.
