Lance Lowey first entered the building industry after studying architecture, engineering and home building in college. As a construction supervisor and project manager, Lowey supervised the completion of more than 2,000 homes.

He has designed and built luxury custom homes and additions in New York, Houston and Austin, Texas and California for more than 21 years.

Lowey is an active member of San Diego’s Better Business Bureau and a member of the Greater San Diego Business Association. Express Design and Build has been actively involved in helping with fire recovery in San Diego County and in fire protection.

Lowey spends quality time with his two sons and both twin sets of granddaughters. He enjoys swimming and works out six days a week, and follows a very healthy, nutritious diet.
