Stuart Benjamin and Company Jewelry Designs has been in business for 11 years, with both Barbara and Stuart Benjamin having more than 30 years in the jewelry business together. The company employs full-time jewelers, and provides on-site services, including appraisals and jewelry repairs by a Master Jeweler, which makes Stuart Benjamin & Co. a one-stop family jeweler.

“We strive to create unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry in a very comfortable, no-pressure atmosphere,” Benjamin said, noting his company’s designs, along with other featured designers, offer both classic and contemporary designs.

Jeff Teel, a graduate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) who has several years within the watch industry, brings another aspect and design to Stuart Benjamin & Co. “We make our own jewelry, as well as carry unique lines of jewelry not seen in most jewelry stores. We repair jewelry in the store, so nothing leaves the premises. If my jeweler doesn’t have the right tools, he will make the tools to make it work,” he said.

The store is made up of a small but very distinguished and knowledgeable staff that closely caters to clients looking for uniquely designed and crafted jewelry.

“We offer a no-pressure setting that allows clients time to enjoy their visit, and the staff is more than happy to assist with any questions customers might have,” Benjamin said.

Additionally, the store’s service and integrity have been rewarded by becoming an American Gem Society (AGS) store, for which only 5 percent of jewelry stores in the nation qualify.

“We are honored to be trusted by the gay and lesbian community and will continue to give our support in any way possible,” Benjamin said.
