Roy’s Classic Roasted Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi
How often do you cook at home?
Most nights – I love to cook!
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
Spinach calzones
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
I tend to banish all human life from the kitchen. I really like to improvise – so it is difficult to include others in that.
Meat and potatoes, keep it healthy, or bring on dessert?
Definitely meat and potatoes – preferably filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes. I don’t have a huge sweet tooth, but salty… that’s a different story.
What is your favorite condiment?
I’m not a huge condiment person, but I do love how Worcestershire sauce can completely transform a burger, meatloaf or roast.
If you were any food, what food would you be and why?
Mango salsa, because it’s a mix of the unexpected. It’s sweet, fresh, and hides a little kick.
Name three things that are always in your refrigerator/freezer:
Wine, a variety of cheeses, tortillas
