When times are tough (like now), people sometimes let life circumstances harden them to the point of becoming increasingly resentful and afraid. They also have the choice to such circumstances soften them and make them into kinder and more open people. The community is invited to join The 50 and Better Club to discover how to find more peace, no matter what’s ‘falling apart” in your life. Licensed psychotherapist Michael Kimmel will present the lunch and learn workshop seminar “When Things Fall Apart” at noon in the Community Resource Room of the San Diego LGBT Community Center.
