Mille Fuielle Chocolates & Patisseries is a Parisian chocolate and patisserie tin business since August 2008. The concept began when the creators discovered a small niche of dessert shops in San Diego, but nothing truly showcasing the culinary wonders and exquisite aesthetics’ found in the many patisseries throughout France around the world.
“We offer a large variety of decadent and progressive tastes in our chocolate and pastry and pastry showcases, expounding the constantly evolving combination of flavor and techniques seen all over the globe,” said Executive Chef Thomas Gerard. “We wanted to bring something truly special to San Diego, something only found tucked away in locales such as New York, London and Paris – something extraordinary.”
At Mille Feuille Chocolates & Patisseries, Gérard flourishes on the intensity of working in the professional culinary world and honors the freedom he has to create neoclassic French desserts infused with his vision and finesse for taste and design.
