Wigfest 2009: The San Diego Human Dignity Foundation will hold a fund-raiser for the Breast Cancer Alliance United to Support and Educate (BCAUSE) Fund at the Westin Horton Plaza Hotel from 8-11:30 p.m. Community members from throughout the San Diego area will join in the wig-wearing madness in a celebration of life and hair.
