Chicken Penne Pasta with an Asiago Cream Sauce from Parkhouse Eatery
How often do you cook at home?
Once a year?
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
Pork loin stuffed with apple dressing. Yum! I also prepare peanut butter and jam sandwiches on a multigrain bread.
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
I get banished but love having others around for meals.
Meat and potatoes, keep it healthy, or bring on dessert?
Keepin’ it healthy, but I love dessert.
What is your favorite condiment?
Ranch dressing – it shouldn’t be but I can’t help it.
If you were any food, what food would you be and why?
Macaroni and cheese, because melted cheese and pasta combined is the best food ever invented. Why wouldn’t I want to be the best?
Name three things that are always in your refrigerator/freezer:
Milk, peanut butter and cheese.
