Ray at Night: Don’t miss Ray at Night, North Park’s monthly art walk, on Ray Street in North Park at 6 p.m. The event occurs the second Saturday of every month and draws more than 1,500 people. Artwork on display includes blown glass, ceramics, paintings, jewelry, organic art, sketches and sculptures. The businesses, galleries, and shops around Ray Street welcome artists and art lovers to explore their offerings. Musical and dance performances and poetry readings are common along the art walk. Treasure Hunt: The San Diego LGBT Community Center’s Family Matters program is sponsoring a treasure hunt at Ski Beach at 10 a.m. An Easter bunny will be leaving behind pirate’s jewels and Easter eggs. Bring buckets, shovels, props, lawn games, blanket, chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, picnic food, snacks and drinks for your family. Ski Beach is located at Mission Bay. To get to Ski Beach, take the 8 freeway west and exit West Mission Bay Dr and turn right. West Mission Bay Dr. will turn into Ingraham St. Next, turn right on Vacation Rd. Do not bear right onto the entrance ramp to Mission Bay Drive. As soon as you enter the parking lot turn left and drive until you see the last restroom building and then park. Easter Egg Hunt: The Seventh Annual GLBT Community Children’s Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Trolley Barn Park in University Heights at 1 p.m. The egg hunt begins at 2 p.m. Arrive early enough to get signed in and get your raffle ticket. Children get baskets and a chance to win other prizes. The event is for kids one to 12 years old. Body Worlds: Explore the human body like you’ve never seen it before at the San Diego Natural History Museum’s Body Worlds exhibit at 10 a.m. The exhibit offers visitors an in-depth view of the human body with comparative anatomy showing wellness and disease and “our three pound gem,” the brain. The Naked Truth: The Museum of Photographic Arts is showing Lou Stoumen’s The Naked Truth, a solo exhibit of photographs by the artists describing the era in which he lived from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A film series will accompany this tribute consisting of three documentary films by Stoumen, who, in the late 1950s, won two Academy Awards and was nominated for a third.
