What is currently your favorite eatery or lunch spot:
Rubio’s makes a mean chicken burrito. Love ’em!
Do you have a favorite dish from any San Diego restaurant?
It would have to be that chicken burrito… I know I know, but I love them! Excuse me for a sec while I run and get one!
How often do you cook at home?
Pretty much daily for one meal or another. Eating out is both expensive financially and calorie/portion size silly.
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
Spaghetti
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
I enjoy company and making meals together. It’s just more fun that way.
Meat and potatoes, keep it healthy, or bring on dessert?
Meat and potatoes. As a Texas boy, I love them. At the same time, I keep it healthy with fish, chicken and veggies. I eat desserts here and there, but in moderation.
What is your favorite condiment?
Mustard
If you were any food, what food would you be and why?
Ice cream. I am very hot natured, so being a cold food, would keep it on the “cool” side.
Name three things that are always in your refrigerator/freezer:
Milk, eggs, and for my chocolate “fix” I freeze Toll House morsels.
Name three people, living or dead, you’d most like to invite to a dinner party:
I’d like to see both of my parents again over dinner, as well as my grandma Julia. They have long since passed. I’d love to sit with them and chat, now that I am all “growed up!”
