Arguments with your partner are inflamed by a sense of competition. Remember, you’re on the same side! Together you can be unbeatable. Self-doubt can be a good thing if it leads you to better answers.

If you must argue with colleagues, make sure it’s about something important; remember you’re ultimately on the same team. Is it really something at work that’s bothering you? Take time out, and meditate to find the real problem.
