“Dr. Princetta has some explaining to do!”
the coverage seems to be Ron deHarte’s version of the story. Dr. Princetta has some explaining to do! Terrible news for Pride and a community embarrassment. Volunteer board members shouldn’t be receiving payouts; it’s the definition of “self-dealing.”
So far Ross Porter says:
“I am grateful that Ron deHarte had the courage to come forward and question.”
I am grateful that Ron deHarte had the courage to come forward and question.
Question everything, checks and balances need to be in place. Corruption occurs when people begin to believe they are above the law.
If there has been no foul play, then no one needs worry because an investigation will clear this all up.
We must also remember we live in a society, innocent until proven guilty.
“Shame Shame on the Board of Directors!”
Shame Shame on the Board of Directors!
Thankfully Ron was looking out for the community and the Pride Organization.
To the Board President, pay back the money and resign from the board! And never join another board!
To the remaining Board members. Resign, Resign, Resign Goodbye!
“A volunteer board awarding a fellow member a cash payout is NEVER … acceptable.”
There are always two sides to every story, however a volunteer board awarding a fellow member a cash payout is NEVER and I mean NEVER acceptable. It goes against every principle of the non-profit world. Secondly, if Dr. Princetta participated in the votes to award the money and for termination of the ED, there is clearly a conflict of interest that should raise the eyebrows of regulatory agencies.
“The board need to resign, and resign instantly.”
This is outrageous. The board need to resign, and resign instantly. Philip has absolutely no leadership skills, and whoever is advising this group is obviously not looking after the most important members (The community). This self dealing back door antics has to stop immediately!!!
Philip, Carl, and Mike must resign now!
