About Mediation
Over the past 20 years, many couples have used divorce mediation for the dissolution of traditional marriages because it minimizes animosity and provides more control over the divorce process. However, today people from all lifestyles are seeking to use mediation, primarily because it saves them financial and emotional stress.
At A Fair Way Mediation Center, we have experience in working with couples and families from many different backgrounds and understand that each relationship comes with its own complexity of issues. However, the basics of achieving a fair solution to the challenges of breaking up a marriage or partnership are the same for everyone. We have worked with gay and Lesbian couples for nearly two decades and provide a safe environment to work out difficult and unique concerns.
