Dr. Gerard graduated cum laude from UC San Diego. He obtained his Medical Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Medicine. The National Registry of Who’s Who has recently accepted him as a life member for publication in their 2001 edition. He has years of experience in the field of weight loss, wellness, and nutritional counseling and is a Board Certified member of the American Society of Bariatric (Weight Loss) Physicians. Dr. Gerard is also skilled in the emerging field of Anti-Aging Hormone Replacement Therapy and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine
