Dr. Alexander Krakovsky received his medical degree in the former Soviet Union. He began his medical career as a general surgeon, serving rural areas in various places in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). After serving in this capacity for several years, he entered a cardiovascular fellowship program at the most prestigious center in the country, the Cardiovascular Institute of Medical Science of the USSR in Moscow. He defended two doctorate degrees in medical science while working as an assistant and associate professor at the same institution.

During his entire medical career, Krakovsky has been interested in performing plastic surgery on various human organs and tissues. Following his move to the United States, Krakovsky completed residency and fellowship programs and became a licensed physician and surgeon in the state of California.

Krakovsky is internationally renowned as a traveling speaker and educator in the areas of cosmetic, plastic and aesthetic surgery. He was named one of the 100 Best Cosmetic Surgeons in the World and 100 Best Cosmetic Surgeons of the Millennium and has been awarded both an Honorary Professorship at the South East Asia College of Cosmetic Surgery and Honorary Membership in the French Society of Aesthetic Surgery.

Krakovsky has presented his medical, scientific and practical work extensively worldwide. He has published over 100 medical articles, eight books and book chapters. Krakovsky has served as a presenter in over 60 medical meetings, as a consultant to numerous biomedical companies and as a member of several speakers’ bureaus.

Today, Krakovsky’s private medical practice is focused on male and female body countering procedures including laser assisted liposculpture breast augmentation, lipoabdominoplasty, genital aesthetic plastic/cosmetic surgery such as phalloplasty, vaginoplasty and g-spot augmentation.

Krakovsky performs phalloplasty surgeries (penile augmentation procedures) such as lengthening, girth enhancement and glanular enhancement penile augmentation with dermal (DFGs), AlloDerm and BellaDerm grafts. Krakovsky also performs vaginal rejuvenation and correction surgeries after multiple births, labiaplasty reconstruction and refinement surgeries and g-spot augmentation procedure for sexual gratification. Supplemental cosmetic surgical procedures include pubic and breast liposuction, thigh and buttocks liposculpture, scrotal web resection and circumcision and tummy tuck and buttocks lift.
