Urban Skin Care’s Sara Krencicki is an airbrush tanning artist who customizes every tan to fit the individual. Krencicki uses a variety of high quality DHA solutions that she custom blends to produce the most natural tan based on a person’s skin condition, texture and undertones.

Before setting up her permanent location at Urban Skin Care, Krencicki had been working as an airbrush tanning artist independently for the past five years. She often provided her services at various events ranging from bodybuilding competitions to bridal parties.

One of the many virtues of airbrush tanning is preventing skin damage from the sun. In addition, advances in airbrush-tanning technology have made it impossible to tell the difference between a traditional suntan and a sunless tan.

Krencicki said she decided to become an airbrush tanning artist after her first sunless tan. “I amazed at the results and the short time it took to achieve a golden glow, not to mention that I was saving my skin from cancer and wrinkles.”

Besides working in tanning artistry, Krencicki is a pilates instructor and nutritionist. “I am passionate about helping others live their most helpful lives in mind, body and spirit,” Krencicki said.

In her spare time, Krencicki likes to exercise, read and donate her tanning services to charity events throughout San Diego.
