Imbottiti at Busalacchi’s on Fifth
How often do you cook at home?
Sometimes it’s hard, but I try for 3-4 times a week.
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
Lasagna because it’s something that I don’t make very often so it feels special when I do make it.
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
I like cooking with and for others. I hate being rushed and not getting to enjoy food. I love leisurely dinners with friends!
Meat and potatoes, keep it healthy, or bring on dessert?
Bring on dessert! Yum!
What is your favorite condiment?
Mustard, I once even had a mustard gelato.
If you were any food, what food would you be and why?
Dark chocolate, because it is rich and goes good with red wine and beer.
