I was so glad to see your comments about Kehoe and Atkins; why is it when a man criticizes a lesbian we are considered sexist. I have felt for some time we in our community have a problems with this representation. I always vote for them, because I do not want to lose the gay issues. But they have appeared, for quite some time, as bad as the republicans representing special interest.

Ron Roberts has been our friend as a gay community; I voted for him. I did not like him when I was county employee.

I think no elected representative should have longer than 8 years in office and cannot run for any other elected office another 8 years. I don’t know what to do with ex elected officials who go to work for an industry they voted for while in office or regulated while they were in office.

Lori Saldana has done a great job representing her constituents. I’m sorry she’s being termed out.

What a shame that Toni Atkins is the only candidate that the Democratic Party could muster to try and fill Lori’s shoes. Follow the money.

We already know the LGBT Vote 2010 official endorsements: DEMOCRAT, DEMOCRAT, DEMOCRAT. I suggest that we listen to each candidate, and determine which ones are good for a) San Diego; b) California; and c) our country.
