Three to four nights a week.
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
For a snack – kale chips
For dinner – Whole wheat rotini with sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, parsley and bread crumbs
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
There’s only room for one chef in my kitchen.

Keep it healthy … while saving room for a healthy dessert
What is your favorite condiment?
Judging from the four bottles in my refrigerator, it’s mustard.

Walnut scallion bread, there’s just not a lot out there that’s better than that
