Further distinguishing itself from other businesses, Miller included on the third floor an area that can be reserved to host meetings, screen films, or simply socialize.

“It’s an area where different groups can host meetings or screen films. It’s meant to attract every lifestyle you can imagine and I’m really excited about the expansion,” said Miller.

Mankind bases its success on excellent customer service and creating an appropriate place for anyone to walk in and find something they will enjoy.

“I try to put myself in the customer’s position. ‘What would I like to see or buy when I walk in?’ And I think keeping it appropriate plays a factor too. We keep pride items and great selections on the lower floors and get into the naughtier items on the upper levels,” states Miller.
