Kansha Japanese/Korean Cuisine located in Escondido

Deep Fried Jumbo Shrimp from Osaka located in San Diego
How often do you cook at home?
I cook almost every morning and night at home.
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
My favorite dishes to prepare is penne with bolognese sauce and homemade meatballs and Sinigang (Filipino tamarind soup/stew)
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
It depends on my mood, but I love to cook for alot of people.
Meat and potatoes, keep it healthy, or bring on dessert?
Definitely need to keep it healthy
What is your favorite condiment?
At the moment, it’s pickled radishes, Korean style.
If you were any food, what food would you be and why?
If I could be any dish, I would be my late grandmother’s sopas. It had some pasta shells, evaporated milk, and chicken (can’t tell you all of it.) The sopas she made was the ultimate comfort food and one of the best things I’ve ever tasted!
Name three things that are always in your refrigerator/freezer:
Tomatoes, apples, and collard greens.
Name three people, living or dead, you’d most like to invite to a dinner party:
My late grandmother, my best guy friend in the world, and Jack’s Mannequin/ Something Corporate’s front man, Andrew McMahon.
