Where to see the “Big Game”

Bacchus House: Sunday, Feb. 1, Bacchus House, located at 3054 University Ave, opens at 6:00 a.m. for Super Bowl Sunday. From 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. the party starts with Foxy Productions’ “Club Notorious” along with Foxy DJs Big Mike, Sunny D, CB and Scotty Leo. At 1:00 p.m. watch the game on 32 flat screens, with tons of giveaways and free hotdogs with all the fixins’. Tons of surprises in store!
Bourbon Street: Start Super Bowl Sunday with brunch catered by The Abbey from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The barbeque will be roaring later on, with lots of burgers and other great food. It will be the biggest Super Bowl Party ever. San Diego American Flag Football will be holding its draft party on the patio. Over 100 local football players will be there, including the Bourbon Street Hurricanes. Win NFL and Super Bowl prizes throughout the game and get a souvenir pint glass of your favorite beer. 32oz. pitchers of MGD and Sierra Nevada for $3 and draft for $1.50.
Brass Rail: The Brass Rail will open at 12:00 noon and the party starts at 2:00 p.m. Lots of fun, food and friends. Free hot dogs will be served from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., along with 25-cent drafts and $2 well drinks. Happy hour will go on until 8:00 p.m. and DJ Klaus will be spinning all your favorites.
Flicks: Free pizza and giveaways every quarter. Game on all six screens.
Hamburger Mary’s: The Super Bowl party starts at 2:00 p.m., after brunch. Big screen projector inside Kickers and game on all eight screens. Only $4 for 48 oz. pitchers. Detour starts after the game.
Numbers: Numbers hosts a Super Bowl Party that should prove to be big! Watch the Big Game on four big screens. Nosh on free hot dogs from the hot dog bar and wash it all down with $5 pitcher specials and shot specials. Stop in at 3811 Park Blvd. and root for your favorite team.
Pecs: See the game on the big screen and don’t forget, the fifth annual chili cook-off contest begins at 2:00 p.m.
San Diego Eagle: The Eagle will open at 2:00 p.m. Happy hour starts then and goes until 8:00 p.m. There will be plenty of hot dogs and popcorn to munch on. Check out all the fun and hang from 8:00 p.m. to close for those 50-cent domestic drafts.
6 Degrees: Don’t miss the big BBQ and beer bust on the patio!
