The Gay and Lesbian Association of Retiring Persons, Inc.® (GLARP®) and New Life Management & Development LLC (New Life) seeks input from members of the GLBT community who are 55 and over on their needs and desires for a GLBT-friendly retirement housing project in Palm Springs. The proposed senior housing will be market rate with an emphasis on resort healthy living, but will also offer services for assisted living, home care, etc. Focus groups will explore and provide feedback on the various types of housing (own or rent), configurations (condos, casitas), size, pricing, program options and amenities for senior housing.

The Focus groups will be held at various locations on Feb. 3:

• San Marcos at The Center North-County, 370 Mulberry Dr., Ste. A, at 10:00 a.m.

• San Diego at S.A.G.E. Center, 3138 Fifth Ave., at 2:00 p.m.

• San Diego at The Center, 3909 Centre St., at 6:00 p.m.
