What is currently your favorite restaurant?
My own, The Huddle. I just think the food we serve is the best and we’ve been in business for 30 years.
Do you have a favorite dish from any San Diego restaurant?
Baked Salmon from Tom Hamm’s Lighthouse.
What is your favorite lunch spot?
Casa Bandini or any of the Old Town restaurants where you can sit outside.
How often do you cook at home?
Not very often. Because I own a restaurant I try not to, so maybe once a month.
Do you prefer cooking with others or banish all human life from your kitchen?
I like to be by myself.
Name three items that are always in your refrigerator.
Carrot juice, romaine lettuce and ranch dressing.
Name three people, living or dead, you’d most like to invite for a dinner party.
Thomas Jefferson, Mother Teresa and my best friend I lost to AIDS a few years ago, Andre Olivia.
