Larry and Steve Bendelson, a.k.a. “The Twins”, are New York City transplants who have resided in sunny Southern California for the last 25 years. They may be physically similar, yet each brother brings his own special expertise to the real estate market. Larry brings a background as a financial analyst, stockbroker and wholesale sales executive to his approach to finding clients the perfect home. Steve was a contract administrator and negotiator working for the Department of Defense, where he became one of the youngest contract management chiefs.

One area that sees the twins as identical, outside of their looks, is their strong sales and managerial experience. Both are highly regarded for producing superior sales through leadership, marketing and dedication to excellent customer service. Each attended the Bronx High School of Science and the City College of New York. Graduating phi beta kappa and magna cum laude, they went on to win full scholarships to the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business, where they earned their M.B.A. degrees in finance and marketing.
