The “solution” comes in the form of an 8’ x 5’ x 7’ big box which is delivered to the customer’s home or business. After delivery, the customer then has up to five days to load their big box(es). Upon completion, the company promptly returns to pick up the big box and transport it back to one of its local storage warehouses. Basically, in selecting Big Box Storage, the customer avoids the hassle of having to rent, load and unload a truck before even reaching their storage unit. Customers wishing to access their belongings can do so 24 hours a day, seven days per week by visiting the particular Big Box Storage facility.

The company is presided over by Mr. Brian Hurley. Hurley, who serves as the company’s CEO, is a resident of downtown San Diego and is also a graduate of University of California, San Diego.
