What is currently your favorite restaurant?

Tough question. We are liking Arrivederci Pizzeria for something fast, Parallel 33 for something slow, and Indigo Grill for wine and appetizers.

Do you have a favorite dish from any San Diego restaurant?

Being a chocolate addict, I will go with the Hot Potted Brownie at Kemo Sabe.

What is your favorite lunch spot?

I just had a great salad at The Prado.

How often do you cook at home?

A few times a week — simple things that kids like.

Do you prefer cooking with others or banish all human life from your kitchen?

I enjoy company, and there is usually someone in and out of the kitchen at all times.

Name three items that are always in your refrigerator.

Half and half (a morning coffee must), milk for the kids and cheese

Name three people, living or dead, you’d most like to invite for dinner.
