• Replace your daily cup of coffee with gree tea.
• Find an enjoyable outdoor activity such as biking, roller blading or hiking.
• Eat a variety of healthy foods such as high quality proteins, fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
• Limit your intake of saturated fats, high glycemic sugars, sodium, processed and refined foods.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Eat five to seven smaller meals throughout the day. (Meal size depends on your actual goal, such as weight loss versus weight gain.)
• Consult an experienced professional certified personal trainer to guide you through safe and effective exercise routines.
