Mark Neiber is the owner of Health and Fitness Plus, a retail nutritional, vitamins and sportswear store located on Fifth Avenue, between University and Washington, in the heart of Hillcrest. Neiber opened the store last year, recognizing a need for a complete nutrition store in Hillcrest that carried a full line of supplements at low prices.

“What sets us apart from the other nutrition stores is the fact that we carry only the top products on the market and we have a knowledgeable staff and the lowest prices,” Neiber says. Health and Fitness Plus also offers daily and weekly specials.

Neiber has worked in the health and fitness industry for more than 25 years as a competitive body builder, trainer, actor and fitness model.

“I really love the Hillcrest community,” Neiber says. “It is very diverse and the people are warm and friendly. I am a member of the GSDBA. We recently held a health fair here at the store and 33 percent of the proceeds went as a donation to The Center.”
