Fox’s Sunday offering is The Birdcage. Worlds collide when the son of a gay couple, who own a night club in South Beach, announces he is getting engaged to a girl whose parents are conservative Republicans.

“The Miss Universe Pageant” on NBC at 9:00 p.m.
Anyone who has seen Drop Dead Gorgeous can’t resist the lure of watching a beauty pageant. Find out who will be crowned Miss Universe 2004 as women from around the globe vie for the coveted title.

The Day After Tomorrow
He destroyed New York and the Washington D.C. in his blockbuster films Independence Day and Godzilla, and now director Roland Emmerich is going to try to take on the entire world with his sci-fi flick about an impending ice age that unleashes hurricanes, tornadoes and tidal waves.
Raising Helen
After her sister and brother-in-law die in a car crash, Helen, a New York fashion executive, returns home to raise their three children and falls in love with their school principal. Kate Hudson stars in the film directed by Garry Marshall.
Soul Plane
When, after a humiliating incident, Nashawn Wade wins a $600 million lawsuit against an airline, he decides to funnel his money into a new airline that targets African-American clientele. Things get crazy on the pimped-out purple plane with gold tire rims during its maiden voyage, when passengers include a lone white family and a militant security officer.
