David Yoder of Bankers Hill Properties has been representing San Diego buyers and sellers of condos, fine homes and investment properties since 1997. Yoder has received many awards and accolades, including one for Outstanding Dedication and two for being the firm’s Top Producer. His own measure of success, though, comes from obtaining the majority of his business through referrals. As a senior agent with Bankers Hill Properties, Yoder is proud of Bankers Hill Properties’ unique philosophy of community pride and the belief in the power of a team.

He first came to San Diego over 13 years ago and worked as a project controller in the commercial real estate construction business. Seven years ago, he decided to move into the full service real estate sales and investments markets – and he hasn’t looked back since.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Yoder manages his clients’ rental properties and helps investors by forming investment groups to pool resources in order to purchase larger commercial and residential properties. Over the years, Yoder has twice served as co-moderator of the Metro Realtors Group.

Yoder also finds time to contribute to the community. Through Bankers Hill Properties, he has spearheaded fundraising efforts for Mama’s Kitchen and the Alliance Health Care Fund. Most recently, he hosted a welcoming party and fundraiser for Equality California (EQCA). The event, the first of its kind for EQCA, included Assemblymember Christine Kehoe as a special guest, and the assembled group was able to successfully raise over $28,000 thanks to community support.
