Movies
Catwoman
This isn’t Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman (unfortunately). This time around, Halle Berry plays Patience Philips, a shy graphic designer who uncovers a dark secret about her employer, a cosmetic company run by Sharon Stone. After being left for dead, she is reborn as the feline avenger and fights back with accessories like black leather and a sassy whip.
The Bourne Supremacy
The Bourne Supremacy picks up the further adventures in espionage of Jason Bourne, played by Matt Damon. Chinese-American relations are threatened when a vice premier is assassinated by a Jason Bourne imposter and it’s up to the real Bourne to clear his name.
The Corporation
The concept of the corporation is a vivid, dramatic and pervasive presence in all of our lives. This complex, exhaustive and highly entertaining documentary examines the far-reaching repercussions of the corporation’s increasing preeminence. Playing for one week only at The Ken Cinema.
