City Fest 2004 will take place along Fifth Avenue running from Spruce Street North to University Avenue, in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego. The following street closures for the Hillcrest area event will be in effect from 1:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Aug. 8:

Fifth Avenue, from University Avenue south to Spruce Street

Robinson Avenue, from Fourth to Sixth Avenue

Pennsylvania, from Fourth to Sixth Avenue

Anderson Place, from Fifth to Sixth Avenue

Brookes Street, from Fourth to Fifth Avenue

Ivy Lane, from Fifth to Sixth Avenue

Walnut Street, from Fourth to Fifth Avenue

Upas Street, from Fourth to Sixth Avenue

Thorn Street, from Fourth to Sixth Avenue

Cars parked on these streets at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 8, will be towed.
