Volunteers for City Fest 2004, sponsored by the Hillcrest Association Business Improvement District, are still needed for the one-day festival set for Sunday, Aug. 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. “We still need volunteers who can work from 5:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. as block captains to oversee vendor booth setup,” said City Fest Chair Hulda “Sissy” Isham. “There are also a few key volunteer spots available in other areas of the venue.”
