Davidson & Company Distinctive Properties is expanding to its new location in Mission Hills as of Sept. 1.

According to Jeff Davidson, president and managing broker, the new office will consist of two floors with over 2,300 square feet of state of the art “Agent/Client suites” that blend the obvious functional components of an office with textural elements and original pieces of art. According to Bunnye Meisel, designer for the project, this office will be like no other.

This full service boutique real estate brokerage company has been a consistent sales leader in Southern California, with clients from the Hollywood Hills east to Las Vegas and south to San Diego.

“Today’s technology allows us to conduct our business not only more efficiently, but more globally than ever thought possible,” Davidson said, mentioning the opening of the company’s satellite Las Vegas office in the spring 2005.

Davidson has been a Mission Hills resident since 1990, and is originally from Indianapolis where he earned a degree in finance from Indiana University. While there, he helped construct and manage a profitable, family-owned commercial and industrial electrical contracting company.

Here in San Diego, Davidson & Company Distinctive Properties has been a consistent contributor to the Special Olympics – an organization Davidson has been involved with since 1987. Additionally, the company is a contributor to the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, which assists individuals that are faced with being ousted from the military due to sexual orientation. Agents within the company offer their time and other resources to many other charities; the belief that they must give back to the community for their blessings is a message that resounds throughout this company.
