An American remake of the 1998 French action film. Luc Besson wrote and produced the original and will reprise his roles again here. This time around, wackiness ensues as Queen Latifah plays a cab driver who helps a police officer, “Saturday Night Live” alum Jimmy Fallon, find a group of bank robbers in the hope of getting leniency on a traffic violation.

A sports drama based on the popular book by H.G. Bissinger. The story chronicles the Texas town of Odessa and its obsession with its champion high school football team, the Permian Panthers. The 1988 season was a difficult one for the team and the book details the devastating effect it had on the town.

Hilary Duff stars as a young woman from a small town who spends the summer in a performing arts school in New York City. She encounters big-city circumstances and romance that challenges her small-town upbringing.
