As a 15-year resident and homeowner in San Diego County, Brian Yaw is currently a realtor and broker associate with Prudential California Realty. He grew up on a farm in the state of Nebraska, and credits his upbringing for teaching him “an incredible work ethic and commitment to others.”

Yaw graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1987 and soon relocated to San Diego “because of the 70 miles of beaches.” Consistently a top producer for Prudential California Realty, he is currently in the top 4 percent of all Prudential agents in the United States. What sets him apart from other real estate agents is his extreme attention to detail and his commitment to satisfy his clients.

Whether working with a seller, buyer or commercial client, Yaw believes very much in a “hands on” approach. “When my clients hire me to work on their behalf, I give them 100 percent,” he said. “They expect – and deserve – my commitment and expertise.”
