7th Day Buskers CD release party: Don’t miss local acoustic roots band 7th Day Buskers’ CD release party at the Whistle Stop in South Park at 9:00 p.m. The band came together when Shawn P. Rohlf opened up his banjo case at Hillcrest Farmers Market and started busking. One by one, a collection of the best musicians in San Diego joined him, forming one hot band having a helluva good time. Get funky: The Air Conditioned Lounge dishes out some old-school fun and disco with Jr. MixMaster – the King of Cocktailz hisself. Counter-demonstrate: The Campaign for Children and Families is holding an anti-gay rally at the San Diego County Administration Building in an attempt to keep the sky from falling when same-sex marriage is legalized. The rally starts at 12:00 noon. Take a minute to join Equality California and other activists in counter-demonstrating their message of hate. The County Administration Building is located at 1600 Pacific Hwy.
Creativ Nature: Korova Coffee Bar and Gallery presents a full series of paintings, watercolors and ink drawing by Jorge Tellaeche at “Creative Nature”, an art show with DJs Moscow and Toxic Boi spinning and a full bar serving up drinks, taking place from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. at Korova, located at 4496 Park Blvd. Call (619) 260-1917 for more information.

The Emerald Isle: The San Diego Museum of Man celebrates the people and culture of Ireland as part of their ongoing Tower after Hours series, giving a shout-out to the cultures that breath life into San Diego.
