Ghana’s 48th: The Ghanaian Association of San Diego and the World Beat Center present a celebration of Ghana’s 48th anniversary taking place from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the World Beat Center, located at 2100 Park Blvd. in Balboa Park.
